The birthday girl and her sister remembered me from camp this summer where I did tattoos for 70 campers and 10 counselors! We also had a foam party day and mini golf day at the camp in addition to the tattoo day.

We had the best time providing foam and bubbles to the 3 locations at Anna & Jack's Treehouse! They're are truly the best day care with the most enthusiastic teachers and creating a fun environment for children of all ages.

After months of doing a boatload of gigs(and neglecting my health and body composition), I'm pumped up to join a new gym, and they gave me a shirt, hat, water bottle and this backpack!

Hoping I'll be consistent. I want to go first thing in the morning before I get "busy" or the excuse machine starts. I'm 42, the clock is ticking and I'm 275 pounds which is so embarrassing but I'm putting it out there so I can hold myself accountable.

If I don't make any significant change in my habits in the next 3 months, I give everyone full permission to chew me out! Going online with my fitness journey for the first time is very risky but I feel like I'm ready for the challenge.

My dad had a tough life. His mom died when he was 15. His dad died when he was 19. At just 19, he had a baby and suddenly had to provide for his little brother, sister, and daughter—with no parents or guidance. He did what he had to do to survive.

His dad was a florist, so creativity was in his blood. From arranging flowers to becoming a world-class chef (and mastering everything in between), he built a life of resilience and passion.

My dad wasn’t just *my* dad. He was a father figure to many—his stepkids loved him as their own and called him "Dad" without hesitation.

I’m not a father myself; it’s never been something I planned. Sometimes I struggle to find purpose and fulfillment outside of work. But today, I’m reminded of the incredible legacy he left behind.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, and men who step up when life demands it.
